ABOUT ME
Therapy should be deeply human.
And clinically grounded.

I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist, writer, lifelong learner, and unapologetic animal person. I love reading, writing, rescuing animals. You may occasionally spot one of my therapy cats making a guest appearance in the background of a session.
Clinically, I specialize in CPTSD, ADHD, and adult autism. I have a particular interest in helping newly diagnosed neurodivergent adults understand themselves, unlearn shame, and discover who they are underneath the masking and years of trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed for their brains.

A SPACE TO BE YOURSELF
You don't have to fit into a box
to belong here.
I care deeply about queer community and creating spaces where people can explore identity, sexuality, gender, and relationships without having to defend or explain themselves. I’m especially affirming of ENM, CNM, polyamorous, and other nontraditional relationship structures.
You do not have to be queer, neurodivergent, or unconventional to feel at home here.
Straight. Queer. Monogamous. Polyamorous. Diagnosed. Questioning. None of the above.
You’re welcome here.
What matters most is that you feel respected, understood, and free to show up as yourself.
WHAT MAKES MY APPROACH DIFFERENT
Warm, human and clinically intentional.

THERAPY SHOULD BE EFFECTIVE
Therapy should be more than a place to talk about what’s wrong. Sometimes insight is what you need. Sometimes you already understand exactly why you do something and still can’t change it. That’s where targeted approaches like EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS, ACT, DBT, and other somatic therapies can help us move from understanding to actual change.
IDENTITY WITHOUT ASSUMPTIONS
I work with a lot of queer and gender-expansive clients and care deeply about queer community. I’m also happy to work with people who are straight, cis, monogamous, neurotypical, questioning, or somewhere else entirely. You don’t need a particular identity or relationship structure to belong here.

NEURO-AFFIRMING, NOT ANTI-CHANGE
Your brain isn’t a problem to fix, but if something is making your life harder, we can work on it without making you feel broken in the process. The goal is better functioning, less suffering, and a more satisfying life.

THE WHOLE PICTURE
Therapy doesn’t happen in a vacuum: work, relationships, money, family, identity, community, climate anxiety, political stress, discrimination, and the general experience of trying to function during an intense moment in history. We can make room for reality while figuring out what you can change, what you can’t, and how you want to move through it.

A SPACE TO BE YOURSELF

You don't have to fit into a box
to belong here.
My style is warm, direct, curious, and evidence-based. I use EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS and parts work, ACT, DBT, and other somatic and trauma-focused approaches depending on what you need.
I’m not here to judge you or turn you into someone you’re not.
I’m here to help you understand yourself, process what needs processing, build the skills you actually need, and create a life that works for your brain and your values.
